Your privacy is important to us. Intent Solutions LLC ("Intent Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and complies with applicable laws and regulations concerning personal information we collect through our websites, products, and services.

Personal information is information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you. This policy applies to intentsolutions.io, oma.intentsolutions.io, the BLUE GOLD BLUE interest form, the parent release-update form for The Beacon Wakes, and other Intent Solutions services that link to this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect information that you voluntarily provide and limited information that is automatically sent when you use our services.

Information You Provide

Depending on how you interact with us, you may provide:

• your name and email address;
• your communication preferences and consent record;
• messages, feedback, support requests, or other information you send us; and
• transaction or account information if you later purchase or register for a service.

The BLUE GOLD BLUE interest form asks for your name, email address, the product concept that interests you, and bounded preferences about your possible migration journey, current operating system, storage approach, estimated data-capacity range, and timing. It does not ask for files, passwords, license keys, payment information, machine serial numbers, or a detailed machine inventory. We use confirmed responses to evaluate demand, plan research, invite interviews or pilots, and send requested product updates.

The Beacon Wakes release-update form is for a parent or guardian. It asks for the adult's first name, last name, email address, and consent to receive updates. It does not ask for a child's name, contact information, or gameplay performance.

Information Collected Automatically

Our hosting and service providers may process standard technical data such as your Internet Protocol address, browser type, device type, pages requested, timestamps, referring page, and error or security information. We use this information to deliver, secure, diagnose, and maintain our services.

How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

• provide, operate, maintain, and improve our services;
• send requested release updates and confirm your subscription;
• respond to questions, feedback, or support requests;
• protect our services, users, and legal rights;
• keep business, consent, security, and compliance records; and
• comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

We do not sell personal information. The current browser demo does not ask a child to submit identity or contact information, and it does not send gameplay progress or typing performance to us. We do not use standard technical request data to build a child advertising profile.

Cookies and Local Storage

The Beacon Wakes browser demo stores chapter progress locally in the browser on the device used to play. That progress is not sent to Intent Solutions. You can remove it by using the in-game reset control or clearing site data in your browser.

Our pages may load resources from service providers, including website hosting and font delivery providers. Those providers may receive standard request data under their own privacy policies.

Disclosure to Third Parties

We may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary to:

• service providers that support hosting, forms, email delivery, customer relationship management, security, and operations;
• professional advisers, auditors, insurers, or business partners that are subject to appropriate duties;
• courts, regulators, or law enforcement when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety; and
• a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.

We require service providers to handle personal information for the services they provide to us and subject to applicable law.

Security and Retention

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing requested communications, maintaining consent and suppression records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal, accounting, or security obligations. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, unless law permits or requires longer retention.

Children's Privacy

The Beacon Wakes is designed for children to play with parent or guardian involvement. The current browser demo does not ask a child to create an account or provide a name, email address, payment information, shipping address, or other personal information. Gameplay progress stays on the device.

The release-update form is for adults. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

Your Choices and Rights

You may unsubscribe from promotional email by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about our handling of your personal information. You may exercise an applicable right without unlawful discrimination.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We may also retain limited information needed to honor an opt-out request or comply with law.

Do Not Track

Some browsers provide a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no universally accepted standard for responding to these signals. Our current portfolio and browser demo do not use cross-site behavioral advertising.

Third-Party Links

Our services may link to websites and services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and this policy does not apply after you leave our services.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our services, practices, or legal obligations. We will post the updated policy at this location and change the last-updated date. When required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
