This Acceptable Use Policy covers the products, services, websites, applications, and technologies (collectively, the "Services") provided by Intent Solutions LLC ("Intent Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"). It is designed to protect us, our users, and the broader community from unethical, irresponsible, abusive, or illegal activity.

Violating this policy may result in restricted, suspended, or terminated access. In serious cases, we may preserve evidence or report conduct to relevant authorities as required or permitted by law.

Fair Use

You may use our Services only as intended and within any documented limits. Excessive or abusive use that degrades the Services, creates unreasonable operational cost, or interferes with other users may be restricted.

We oppose abuse, discrimination, exploitation, rights infringement, and conduct that harms or disadvantages another person, group, system, or resource.

User and Parent Responsibility

You are responsible for your own conduct and for activity performed through accounts, devices, or access you control. Parents and guardians are responsible for adult-only actions associated with The Beacon Wakes, including release-update enrollment and any future purchase or shipping decision.

You must use reasonable safeguards to prevent unauthorized access and must notify us if you become aware of misuse connected to your access.

Prohibited Activity

You may not use the Services to:

• violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, sanctions rule, or export restriction;
• infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, trade secret, or other rights;
• upload, distribute, or make available unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, exploitative, or abusive material;
• create, distribute, or facilitate child sexual abuse material or any sexual exploitation of a minor;
• harass, threaten, discriminate against, stalk, or endanger another person or group;
• send spam or add anyone to a marketing list without valid consent;
• introduce malware, malicious code, destructive content, or harmful automation;
• probe, scan, attack, disrupt, overload, or bypass the security or availability of any system;
• access or attempt to access an account, device, network, data, or electronic resource without authorization;
• scrape, harvest, or collect personal information without authorization or a lawful basis;
• impersonate Intent Solutions or another person, or falsely imply endorsement, affiliation, or ownership;
• circumvent usage limits, access controls, paywalls, license checks, or restrictions; or
• avoid payment, obtain services fraudulently, or exploit an obvious error for improper gain.

This list is not exhaustive. Conduct may be prohibited when its purpose, effect, or likely result is incompatible with the safety, integrity, or lawful operation of our Services.

Intent Solutions Property

You may refer to Intent Solutions and its products truthfully. You may not use our name, logos, product identity, code, content, or other property in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or ownership. Open-source materials remain subject to the license published with the relevant repository.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take reasonable remedial or preventative action. Depending on the circumstances, this may include limiting activity, removing access, preserving records, notifying an account contact, or cooperating with lawful requests. We may act without advance notice when immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect people, systems, or legal rights.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy by publishing a revised version at this location. Material changes apply after reasonable notice when required by law. Continued use after an updated policy takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
