Intent Solutions LLC ("Intent Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains the current privacy boundary for The Beacon Wakes browser demo and any application release that links to this policy.

The Current Browser Demo

The browser demo does not require an account and does not ask the child playing for a name, email address, phone number, payment information, shipping address, precise location, photos, contacts, microphone access, or camera access.

The demo does not contain advertising or third-party behavioral tracking. It does not send typing performance or gameplay progress to Intent Solutions.

Progress Stored on the Device

The demo saves a small chapter-progress record in the browser's local storage so a player can continue on the same device. The record contains the selected route, mission position, completion state, and update time. It stays in that browser and is not transmitted to us.

A parent or guardian can remove this record with the game's reset control or by clearing site data in the browser.

Technical Information

When the demo is loaded, our website host and infrastructure providers may process standard request information such as an Internet Protocol address, browser type, requested files, timestamps, and security or error data. We use this information to deliver and protect the service. It is not used to build a child advertising profile.

Parent and Guardian Release Updates

The parent release-update form is outside child play. It asks an adult for a first name, last name, email address, and consent to receive updates. That information is handled under our general Privacy Policy. The form does not request child identity or gameplay information.

Children's Privacy

The Beacon Wakes is designed so children can play the current demo without submitting personal information. Parent or guardian involvement is required for release updates and any future purchase or shipping decision.

If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

Future Versions

If a future version adds accounts, online progress synchronization, payments, shipping, social features, or another form of data collection, we will update this policy before that collection begins and provide any notice or consent required by law.

Security and Retention

We use commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect information processed through our services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Local demo progress remains until it is reset, cleared by the browser, or removed when browser storage is deleted.

Third-Party Links

The app or its parent-facing pages may link to sites we do not operate. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

We may update this policy when the product, our practices, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above.
